Bahan-bahan (bekas yg bersaiz 18 cm)
Lapis Bawah: (Biscult Oreo)
120g Biscult Oreo (keluarkan isi **& hancurkan)
70g unsalt butter (cairkan)
Lapis Atas: (Cheese)
250g Cream Cheese (lembutkan)
120g Gula Kaster
2 keping biscult oreo (keluarkan isi * & hancurkan)
isi biscult oreo yg dikeluarkan *
150g Dairy Whipping Cream
1½ tbsp gelatine
80ml full cream milk
- Lapis Bawah/crust:
- Campurkan biscult oreo dgn butter, tuang ke pan (18cm) yg boleh buka tepi, tekan rata dgn kuat. Masuk ke dlm peti sejuk.>combine all ingredients & press into a 18 cm round springform pan. chill in the fridge until firm.
- Lapis Atas/filling:
- Pukul cream cheese & gula kaster sehingga licin. Masukkan bahan lain pukul sebati. (biscult oreo yg hancur,isi biscult,whipping cream)>>beat cream cheese & caster sugar until smooth. add in the remaining ingredients & mix well.
- Campurkan Gelatine & Full cream milk kemudian masak hingga cair (gunakan cara double boil)>combine gelatine powder, full cream milk & double boil until dissolved.
- tuang masuk campurkan gelatine & milk ke cara 4 (sebati), kemudian tuang ke atas biscult oreo yg buat tadi>>pour into 4 mixture & mix well.Spread onto the crust
- Masukan ke dlm peti sejuk selama 3 jam dan siap untuk dimakan.
